As his life came full circle, Nengah moved back to Bali where he built Element Restaurant, which had its grand opening on August 2014. The restaurant, now a known and respected establishment and landmark, is located in Penestanan, a suburb only moments outside the centre of Ubud.
Element Restaurant has become known for its high quality menu, offering luxurious delicacies at affordable prices. To-date, Element Restaurant continues to receive some of the highest ratings on Trip Advisor and is known for having the best burger in Ubud, perhaps even Bali.
Serving up his succulent signature dishes, specifically his famous Duck Sausage and Duck Confit Nengah and his staff have proven time and again that their prime directive is the delivery of top notch service, and delicious experiences to their customers.
